Any capacitor has a loss tangent, which is the loss of the capacitor. In general, the tangent value increases with the increase of temperature. For example, the loss tangent value of CC10 ultra-high frequency ceramic capacitor is 0.0012 at normal temperature (20°C±5°C), but it is 0.0018 at positive limit temperature (85°C). It can be seen that the temperature is greatly affected.

Generally, the insulation resistance of capacitors decreases with the increase of temperature, and the decrease of insulation resistance will lead to the increase of leakage current of capacitors.
